The dream and long experience in the vines and wines of Paros were locked in this bottle. From the vines of Manolis' family in Paros, made of the varieties Malagouzia
and Assyrtico, cultivated always with his care and under his supervision.
The vines are integrated in a biological culture programme since 1997 and controlled
by the certification organisation DIO. |

- Bright pale white yellow colour with vivid green reflections.
- Fresh flower and fruit aroma.
- It is harmonious and distinctively acid with a long lasting aromatic aftertaste.
Accompanies: Fish, seafood, oysters, pasta and salads.
